Tentative SWAP Schedule:

Equipment Drop-Off:  Friday, 6:00 – 8:00pm – COME BY ANYTIME.  THERE IS NO NEED TO BE THERE EARLY.

Bring any recent model downhill (Alpine) and cross country (X-C) skis, boots and poles, snowboards and boots, ski racks, ice skates, and roller blades.  Alpine race suits are the only clothing that can be brought for sale.

Boots, poles, skates, and rollerblades should be tied together.  Bindings must be mounted on a board or flat surface.  Older straight skis will not be sold at the SWAP, but will be accepted to be recycled for furniture.

Ski shop representatives and other experts will be on hand to help evaluate and price your equipment.

Entry Ticket Pickup:  Saturday 7:00am – the waiting line for tickets usually starts very early!

Reserve tickets are passed out beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.  All participants will be let into the SWAP based on their ticket order.  The line usually starts to form a couple of hours before the tickets are distributed, so come early for the best deals.

ONLY TWO TICKETS PER PERSON IN LINE – EACH PERSON NEEDS A TICKET TO ENTER THE SWAP.

If you need more than two tickets, you’ll have to convince someone else to get up early and wait in line with you.  After you get your ticket, come back around 8:30 a.m. to line up for the doors to open.

SWAP Hours:  Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am – 1:00pm
The doors open at 9:00 a.m.  Buyers enter in groups of about 50, take a long as necessary, as proceed to check out.

Equipment Pickup:  Sunday 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Money from sold equipment or unsold equipment can be picked up from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Any equipment not picked up will be a contribution to the Ski Club – NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you are not able to pick up your equipment yourself, please make arrangements for someone else to do so.
