Dry Land Training with coach Austin Johnson – October 2018  

Physical fitness is the foundation of elite skiing performance. Fitness allows elite skiers to perform skills under extreme conditions for sustained periods of time. Fatigue plays a major role in not only performance, but in causing injury. Achieving higher levels of fitness is an excellent way to enhance your skiing performance.

When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:45 – 4:45 pm, October 1st – October 29th
Dates: 10/1, 10/3, 10/8, 10/10, 10/15, 10/17, 10/22, 10/24, 10/29
Where: Traverse City Central High School Track
Age: 9yrs +
