Dry Land Training with coach Austin Johnson – 6 Week Session

Physical fitness is the foundation of elite skiing performance. Fitness allows elite skiers to perform skills under extreme conditions for sustained periods of time. Fatigue plays a major role in not only performance, but in causing injury. Achieving higher levels of fitness is an excellent way to enhance your skiing performance.

When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:00pm, October 2nd – November 8th
Dates: 10/2, 10/4, 10/9, 10/11, 10/16, 10/18, 10/23, 10/25, 10/30, 11/1, 11/6, 11/8
Where: Central High School Track
Age: 9yrs +
