**Sunday Races
Thank you to our families that came to our Bib pickup night last week for our Sunday Racers! This is so helpful for us to get our Timing Crew the information they need to be ready. We believe our first Sunday Race will still take place as scheduled – so time to get registered and fire up!
**Middle School Race Team (MSRT):
- Hickory & Crystal Mountain Ski Passes – please get these taken care of ASAP!
- Hickory pass – goto the City website to purchase and complete waiver, then pickup in person this week between 9a-5p at the window.
- Crystal Mtn pass – call down to Crystal Mtn to purchase your 1-day Crystal Mtn pass for MSRT. Please make sure your skier is ready by Wednesday with this!!
- To signup to volunteer: Goto Schedule ; click on the date of the Crystal Mtn / Nubs / Boyne event – goto Assignment – click on the role you can help with and choose your athletes name – click save.
- We kindly remind all parents that we need every family to help with a bus chaperone at least one each season. Please plan ahead and signup ASAP – all spots are in the Schedule under Assignments for the whole season so you can snag the date(s) that work!
- Volunteers are asked to be at the school bus pickup location 20 minutes early, and have their team Roster in their TeamSnap app ready to rock – attendance must be taken each way (no child left behind!!)
- We also ask volunteers to help bring snacks for the kiddos on the bus – it’s a long night! If the volunteers work together this is an easy gig once/season =) They appreciate it!
- There are both MSRT and USSS volunteers on each bus – so the volunteers are only responsible for their team.
- Reach out with questions – we need the volunteer spots filled by Tuesday at 5pm please prior to the bus departing.
- NOTE: We do NOT have chaperones signed up yet for our Wednesday, Jan 8 bus to Crystal Mtn – PLEASE help folks! We really appreciate everyone picking their day in advance for whenever works this season!
- BONUS – all parent bus chaperones get free lift tickets to ski while there!!
