What: Dryland Training to prep for ski season!
- Registrants will take part in activities such as: running, plyometrics, strength training, endurance training, and team building!
- Program takes place outdoors, participants are expected to bring a water bottle, layer/dress accordingly and wear appropriate shoes to run outdoors.
Physical fitness is the foundation of elite skiing performance. Fitness allows elite skiers to perform skills under extreme conditions for sustained periods of time. Fatigue plays a major role in not only performance but in causing injury. Achieving higher levels of fitness is an excellent way to enhance your skiing performance.
