Dry Land Training

When: Starts Mon Oct. 2 - continues Mon/Wed ; 4:30-6pm until inclimate weather dictates

Where: Hickory Hills Outside

What: Dryland Training to prep for ski season!

Intended for participants from 5th through 12th grade. Registrants will take part in activities such as: running, plyometrics, strength training, endurance training, and team building! Program takes place outdoors, participants are expected to bring a water bottle, layer/dress accordingly and wear appropriate shoes to run outdoors. Questions? Email: skigtsc@gmail.com


Physical fitness is the foundation of elite skiing performance. Fitness allows elite skiers to perform skills under extreme conditions for sustained periods of time. Fatigue plays a major role in not only performance but in causing injury. Achieving higher levels of fitness is an excellent way to enhance your skiing performance.
